For more than 27 years, I have been helping people and organizations navigate change, embrace emerging technologies, build stronger brands, develop future-ready capabilities, and create meaningful impact. My journey spans corporate leadership, entrepreneurship, education, consulting, authorship, and thought leadership, united by one mission-to transform ideas into opportunities and opportunities into lasting success.

My Journey

My professional journey began in the corporate world, where I spent 18 years working with leading organizations across India and international markets. Those years shaped my understanding of business strategy, leadership, branding, customer engagement, marketing, communication, and organizational excellence.

In 2016, I chose entrepreneurship over comfort, founding ventures dedicated to business transformation, digital innovation, education, and strategic consulting. Since then, I have worked with startups, MSMEs, enterprises, educational institutions, and government organizations, helping them embrace change, leverage technology, and achieve sustainable growth.

Lifelong Learner

Learning has always been my greatest investment. My academic and executive education includes an MBA in Marketing & Communication, a Bachelor's (Honours) in History from the University of Delhi, and executive programs and certifications from IIM Jammu, IIT Delhi, Stanford University, University of London, St. Stephen's College, and IIM Calcutta in Artificial Intelligence, Digital Transformation, Entrepreneurship, Public Policy, Systems Science, and Brand Management.

Whether through consulting, AI-powered marketing, education, publishing, or mentoring, my focus has always been on building organizations that create lasting impact.

Books That Inspire Action

I believe books should do more than inform-they should transform. Through my growing collection of books, including the INVEST Series, I simplify complex business and technology concepts into practical ideas that readers can apply immediately. I am also developing long-term intellectual property frameworks such as the PRENEUR Series and CHOOSE YOUR... Series, designed to inspire entrepreneurship, leadership, personal transformation, and lifelong learning.

Beyond Work

Behind every entrepreneur is a family that believes in the dream. I live in New Delhi with my wife Sarita, who is also a Director at Rosemary Interactive and my partner in both life and entrepreneurship. Our daughter, Rosemary, is the inspiration behind the name of every company we have built. She represents our belief that businesses should leave behind not just profits, but purpose, values, and a lasting legacy.

Outside work, I enjoy travelling, exploring new destinations, reading, writing, discovering innovative business ideas, and watching movies-especially on the big screen. I have a deep appreciation for soulful ghazals, authentic Indian cuisine (and yes, Indian sweets!), and in recent years, my journey has increasingly turned toward spirituality, reflection, and lifelong self-discovery.

Although my work keeps me in the public eye, I remain a private person at heart. I value meaningful relationships, quiet moments, and spending quality time with my family. My Philosophy I don't believe success is built overnight. It is built one decision at a time. One idea. One book. One conversation. One innovation. One act of courage. One investment in yourself. Because when people grow, businesses grow. When businesses grow, communities prosper. And when communities prosper, nations progress.
